Call it old fashioned but we at Alterego Fancy Dress believe that many of our customers prefer to talk to someone concerning their Fancy Dress ideas, costume specifications, sizing, shipping or returns. Customers can contact us by phone to talk to one of our friendly advisors who will be happy to give all the help you need. We are also more than happy to take your order over the phone as we understand that some customers do not feel comfortable with completing check-out process on-line. If we are unable to take your call through busy periods please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can, which will normally be before the end of the business day.
